Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ta77 ("ta77," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of ta77.biz. 3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player may register and maintain only one (1) ta77 account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited. Where ta77 determines that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, any bonuses credited to such accounts will be forfeited, and net balances may be withheld pending investigation.
3.2 Accurate Information. Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must register under your own legal name as it appears on your Philippine government-issued identification document. Registration under a false name, a third party's name, or using fabricated personal details is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 KYC Verification. Before withdrawals are processed and in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations, ta77 will require players to submit valid identity verification documents. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, GSIS ID, Voter's ID, or PhilSys National ID.
3.4 Account Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. ta77 will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify ta77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.5 Account Non-Transferability. ta77 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account. Any transfer of account funds other than through ta77's official withdrawal channels is prohibited.
4.1 Currency. All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on ta77 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). ta77 does not accept foreign currency deposits.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. ta77 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following verified Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. ta77 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Own-Account Requirement. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. ta77 will not process deposits from third-party accounts. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account matching the player's verified name. This requirement protects against money laundering and ensures funds are returned to their legitimate owner.
4.4 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to the ta77 wallet within minutes of confirmed payment. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing times.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing. ta77 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) banking business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
4.6 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. ta77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing withdrawal requests above defined thresholds, in compliance with AMLA obligations.
4.7 Minimum and Maximum Limits. ta77 imposes minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts which are displayed on the relevant platform pages. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply to specific accounts or payment methods and will be communicated to affected players.
5.1 ta77 offers various bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards ("Promotions") to eligible players from time to time. Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the relevant offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution percentages are specified in the individual Promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. ta77 monitors account activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registration of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; exploitation of promotional errors or technical glitches; coordinated play designed to guarantee a profit regardless of game outcome; placing opposing bets to circumvent wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is detected, ta77 reserves the right to void any associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the relevant account, and withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation.
5.4 Promotion Validity. All Promotions are valid for the period specified in their terms. Unclaimed or unmet wagering requirements within the validity period will be forfeited automatically. ta77 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to reasonable treatment of players who have already opted in.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game on the ta77 platform is subject to its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing real-money wagers.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All RNG-based games on ta77 utilize certified random number generation technology that has been independently tested for fairness and unpredictability. Live dealer games are operated by licensed studio providers under certified supervision.
6.3 Technical Failures. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure during a gaming session, ta77 will endeavor to reconstruct the game state from server logs. 7.1 Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on the ta77 platform:
Enforcement: Violations of Section 7 may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities including PAGCOR and the AMLC where applicable.
8.1 All content on the ta77 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, icons, text, audio, video, and the overall appearance and design of the platform — is the proprietary property of ta77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ta77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
8.3 Players may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, sell, resell, publish, or otherwise commercially exploit any content from the ta77 platform without prior written authorization from ta77.
9.1 Gambling Risk Acknowledgment. Players acknowledge that gambling involves an inherent financial risk and that losses are a normal and expected outcome of gaming activity. ta77 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by players through legitimate gaming activity on the platform.
9.2 Platform Availability. ta77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond ta77's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. ta77 will not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability where commercially reasonable efforts were made to maintain service.
9.3 Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, ta77 excludes liability for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ta77 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
9.4 Maximum Liability. Where ta77's liability cannot be wholly excluded under applicable law, ta77's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to ta77 in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 ta77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at ta77.biz/privacy-policy.
10.2 ta77 collects personal data including, but not limited to, identity documents, contact information, transaction records, and device and usage data, for purposes including account management, KYC compliance, AMLA compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
10.3 ta77 is subject to the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and processes personal data in accordance with the principles of legitimate purpose, transparency, and proportionality.
10.4 ta77 may share player data with PAGCOR, Philippine government authorities, financial intelligence units, and licensed verification providers where required by law or regulatory obligation.
11.1 ta77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. ta77 provides players with access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their account settings:

11.3 21+ Enforcement. ta77 actively enforces its minimum age requirement of 21 years through KYC verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all deposits returned, and any winnings voided.
12.1 ta77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice where ta77 has reasonable grounds to believe that:
12.2 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request closure of their ta77 account at any time by contacting ta77 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method subject to completed KYC and applicable withdrawal conditions.
12.3 Post-Suspension Balances. Where a ta77 account is suspended due to a breach of these Terms, ta77 will review the account balance and may withhold funds where there is reasonable evidence of Terms violations. 13.1 ta77 may amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, ta77 will provide registered players with notice via the registered email address or a prominent platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amendments take effect.
13.2 Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may take effect immediately upon publication.

14.1 These Terms and all matters relating to your use of the ta77 platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ta77 that cannot be resolved through ta77's internal complaints process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.3 Disputes relating to gaming outcomes on PAGCOR-regulated activities may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures. ta77 cooperates fully with PAGCOR investigations and rulings.
14.4 Internal Complaints. Before escalating any dispute externally, players are encouraged to submit a formal complaint to ta77 support at [email protected]. ta77 targets initial responses within forty-eight (48) hours and resolution of complaints within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
